Every single judge on today's Supreme Court, other than 1 - 2 of those just appointed, is left or extreme left in orientation. This is why the Supreme Court did not intervene in the decision to banish 9000 Gush Katif Jews (Jews only), but DID intervene in the decision to banish a couple of terrorist family members. This is also why the Supreme Court is constantly interfering in even the most basic security decisions.
