Speaking to a Suadi paper and Arab journalists, Turkish Prime Minister Tayyip Erdogan continued his assault on Israel by attacking the Israeli decision to include Rachel's Tomb and The Cave of the Patriarchs on the National Heritage list of sites.
The Turkish PM went further to say that the Temple Mount was never a Jewish site either.
These comments are very telling regarding the Turkish Prime Minister's historical knowledge while his own government removes its US Ambassador in response to a United States Congress decision to recognize the Turkish killing of Armenians during World War I as a genocide.
