How many times will we be pleased to hear Condoleesa Rice once again say that the rockets must stop falling in Southern Israel?
The most effective thing Rice seems to be able to do is to snarl traffic in Jerusalem as she meets with Olmert, Barak and Livni this week as representative of a lame duck president and administration floundering to make some positive imprint on the hearts and minds of an America disgusted with their policies...or lack thereof.
